I don't have a lot of experience, but I would be interested in putting time and energy into a collaboration with other investors. 

What homeowners, homebuyers, and REI think that agents prioritize: Largest commission check possible, squeezing as much money out of each deal as possible. 

I understand portfolio lenders exist and can be hard to find, but I'm curious if people who rather move to higher price point properties such as commercial buildings to prioritize value per loan, or try your best to bundle multiple properties on one or a handful of loans? 

Having an evictions on your record, is like having a scarlet "E,"  you're automatically out under most standards, and for good reason-- you proved you can't prioritize rent as the #1 expense.

Working on projects, brainstorming, collaborating, bantering back & forth as a team really helps bring synergy to what you're doing.    3) I've been thinking about playing volleyball again, and just got a set of golf clubs so I can incorporate some physical activity into my schedule.  

I always have deals coming my way, wouldn’t mind collaboration together.

Certain groups would be prioritized for funding, such as landlords who show rent cancellation caused a material economic hardship; mortgagors at risk of foreclosure due to COVID-19 hardships or whose property is in a high-poverty area; low-income tenants; and those not eligible for federal funds.  

If you can keep up with all these demands for your time and prioritize the most important you can reduce this recovery phase.
