And then on the other side you have people gaming the system, contributing nothing to society other than huge numbers of fatherless children, getting paid to do practically nothing, and have an entitlement chip on their shoulder the size of Greenland.We helped 2 of our S8 tenants get their voucher, we gave them lifts to the HA, we made sure their paperwork was perfect, we did everything to help them.

Found out from PM today that the tenant has filed for bankruptcy, and, hence, we will need to file a Montion to Lift Stay of Bankruptcy with the bankruptcy court to get permission to proceed with the eviction.

In addition to the limb the roots have cracked our driveway and are lifting part of his drive so that the water flow comes to my drive and my house.My question is why am I responsible at all...having been notified there is a problem with his tree limb why should I have to do the leg work and pay half to enhance his property's safety and value?

Here are the limitations and requirements, ( narrow lot, but the location is awesome and brings a lot of tourist because of downtown):Lots are 55ft x 203ft and the setbacks are, 25ft from the street (55ft side)10ft from side (203ft side) 10ft from the back Garage can be 5ft from sides and back Vertical lifted doors can not face the street 2 story, 2000-2500 sqft, 18" min crawlspace, detached garage with a living space above, 2 cars min, 25% of lot size coverage max.
