The rent rarely changed but there must have been over a dozen church friends moving in and out over that 7 year time, as it was a single guy household, many of us got married and other singles from church came and took over rent payments.

If she intends to be friendly with her roomies, then she should set a list and schedule of chores and duties and who is replacing household goods like toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, taking out trash can to street, etc...
