The more I'm in the industry, buying investments, and speaking with people who own massive portfolios, the more I hear how grateful people are years and years later that they got in early, even if it "didn't make 100% perfect sense" at the time.

As a pet owner who does take care of my animals and they DONT cause damage to the property I live in, Im grateful that my broker does not require that I charge a monthly pet rent to our tenants.

As always help is greatly appreciated and I am grateful for any thoughts. 

I do hire out HVAC, plumbing, electrical when I need to and I'm so grateful for the network of contractors we now rely on for that.

I am really grateful to have such great tenants that pay on time, only call for fixes that are necessary and reasonable, and who seem to be long term (less turnover).
