My assumption would be that it will only be a few days/weeks that I will need this ~$200k float so I am not too concerned about a high interest rate considering it's short term (before we refinance).   

We found this house off of MLS, so there are still some floating around but are more rare.

He discovered that the floor joists were not done properly, the floors were sagging and the house needed to be jacked up, the bathroom plumbing was done by a clown, the kitchen wall was floating, as in, there was no 2x4 on the floor anchoring the kitchen wall, the kitchen cabinets weren’t screwed into the studs, the floor under the furnace was sagging, and the pipes for the washer had been cut, which was not disclosed on the seller’s disclosure.

So, I guess I qualify to post under your 2 year requirement, LOLJust because a seller is willing to finance the whole boat doesn't mean it will float, doesn't even mean it can leave port.

You could do on all customers at once, but you might end up floating most of your note. 

We are working with a PM(CrestCore), and their advice is to have those LEASING NOW banners in front of the building.
