I just started playing around with the spreadsheet and had two questions:1. where can you account for closing costs and other general costs associated with purchasing the house (ie finders fee, inspections, surveys etc etc).2. why is the Amortization Period in yellow at 27.5 & not a formula (like everything else in yellow)?

If it was indeed sold, more than likely the new buyer would have wanted a walk through, survey stakes might have been placed on the property to define the boundary of the property.

Along with utilities, taxes and insurance its probably also a good idea to survey what others have experienced in terms of maintenance costs.....but it really depends what they started with so its more than just getting a number.

For that matter, maybe you could offer a free-form text field, then as people fill it in, you can survey the entries to see what is popular and should be added to the pre-populated list.I can see how the list of "Interests" can help people connect with others who have common interests, but maybe it needs to be fleshed out a bit to make it more useful?
