If you never heard of that before, private lenders are folks - mostly older, well established in the work place or their professions - who have funds such as retirement accounts for which they are seeking safer haven than Wall Street can offer as well as better returns.I personally know of two South Korean brothers in their 20s - immigrants, along with their parents who couldn't even speak English upon arriving - who, in the past three to four years, have developed a "stable" of private funding sources with $5+ Million available to them for their deals.

As a part-timer, KW is tougher because they value in-person training. eXp can work for part-timers, but also you can get lost quickly in the cloud or on Workplace since we do not have standard office in most states.

The fundamental problem with office is that many companies are moving into hybrid workplace where people only come 1-3x a week to office.From the chart that I read, from realized PSF positioning perspective, PSF required for employee to be working in 2023 has regressed to 2002 level, so if PSF has reduced a lot, then all office ,especially the one build in 1980s, shall have valuation moved to 2002 level.

Telling her to spend a few hundred more to tag their bank accounts may or may not be worth it.I'm thinking I will tag their accounts, if they move banks, then i'll place calls to their superiors at their work places and their current landlord letting them know they're housing people with eviction records and a judgement against them.
