I had one person how got paint all over my woodwork.

Logic would dictate that demand is a little down around the end of the year...taxes due, Christmas expenses, and bills just seem to come out of the woodwork around this time. 

Cheap to get and rates look stable now and may possibly drop -so fixed or variable wood work.

I don't know costs in your market, but I'd guess you could find a pro to refinish your floors for between $1.50 and $2.00 per square foot.I'm a pretty handy guy, a woodworker,, and I refinished the floors in a two bedroom flip house once.

if title company says, there are 4k in liens against the house and i decide i am ok with that burden and im willing to pay/negotiate purchase price, would i not be responsible if a mysterious 7800k judgement came out of the woodwork?
