@Michinori Kaneko I agree with @Matt K. most of my friends easily afford $2,000/ month rent/mortgage payments but they also drive new cars every other year, buy new expensive clothes every time the wind blows, and go out to $200 dinners regularly.

She moved the majority of it this week, but has some clothes and trash in there.

I would not have squandered my money on women alcohol and tobacco and anything else I could buy .

There are charity organizations that you may be able to apply to in order to get assistance on rent, and we would be happy to accept rent from such an organization (insert charity names and contact info if you know of any, in my area there are several grant programs that help single women specifically).

I have also kept a giveaway bin in the laundry room where I have been collecting clothes, toys, etc & will make regular trips to the goodwill. 

Its up to the other women But they all remain liableI would not allow a sublease 

I was so grossed out I wanted to burn my clothes when I left.  

In the email she asked me some questions, such as she thought when she rented the room, this house should only be allow women in the house, why my male friends and male relatives only come in this house in the day time.

So we upgraded the living room carpets & then redid the kitchen with my daughters old cabinets & immediately got $775/month.we inherited two older women who paid $425/month so we got them a new stove that worked, a new gas dryer that actually worked & then because of their high heating bills we upgraded the furnace, threw in a couple of gallons of paint so they could paint the kitchen & bathroom. 

Women need financial security.)
