I live in Phoenix and my business partner and I put on a couple local forums for investors like yourself to network.

It’s a longer-term game, though, with higher upfront costs.I’d say spend some time researching your target area and connecting with local investors or meetups—they’re goldmines for market insights and networking.

From there network and connect with those in your market to do a fix and flip.

Now we are trying to find more investors to do this deals with, networking has been something we have to get better at. 

Based off of the podcasts I am listening to and other property management professionals that I network with, that has been the experience of portfolios across the states. 

BPCON happens every October, this year is in Vegas Oct 5-7th good to get some practice in going to local networking events because BPCON is like drinking from a firehose, in the best way possible though!

I would join local business networking groups to get inside deals.

go to local meetups, they should have some here or try meetup app or eventbrite. continue to network and that can help you execute your plans.

Also, we will be having a free REI networking event Feb 6th if you're in the Milwaukee area.

Wherever you are, there will be REI meetups and you should start networking there.
