Isn't wholesaling defined as selling a contract?

New to wholesaling and need recommendations on title companies that are interested in working with wholesalers?

Should I get some experience from wholesaling first?

When I was wholesaling, the hardest thing to do was to find reliable contractors who could get the job done and not leave the house a total mess. 

I used to work for a big wholesaling company and we closed multiple 7 figures annually.

I told you the story about China because they're QE is going to be a boom for Bitcoin.I know we're on a real estate forum, but in my opinion of over 15 nearest investing in real estate you really need $100,000 minimum to make your first investment, especially when you are looking at out-of-state passive investing if you are dead set on real estate I would recommend reading some books on wholesaling I'd use your money as earnest money to put the properties under contract

I am considering whether asking  the bank for a loan over the property to use this capital to buy another fix -flip property   Or to sell the property,  ( maybe  wholesaling because closings costs would be expensive leaving no profit left)  I am here to read your ideas on this.

I understand that I’m starting from the bottom, but my end goal is to be a successful developer and I plan on starting out wholesaling to build capital.

I have recently been blessed with some opportunities from my wholesaling business I have started.

Wholesaling is very uncommon in my market, and all the other local title companies and attorneys I called seemed to not know much at all about assignments and/or double closings.
