Does anyone have any experience adding washer and dryer units to large apartment complexes?

He missed two large cracks in the basement, a severely bowed piece of wood above the window in the same bathroom that needs to be reinforced (probably another 2k), the washer wasn't working, etc. etc.

The moment we have all been waiting so long for was here!!!

We eventually replaced all the copper runs with Pex.We then found an old forgotten P-trap buried in a wall that also cracked & showed up when they moved the washer back to that drain. 

She then admitted the dog was hers and was her ESA (which means emotional support animal I think).

Hi Thomas, I'm not sure which decisions you are referring to, as the only thing that has really gone wrong was her decision to paint (which I have already dealt with and will be taking out of her deposit).

When I asked loan processer if we can still close on Monday, here was her response: “We wont get a clear to close unless the underwriter clears the conditions, the CD is a separate part, that just helps get the waiting period out of the way, right now we need to wait to hear from underwriter on 1.

We have these accordion style doors (pics below with all our tools in the room) to the washer and dryer room and they are old and seem out of style.

THe houses that we buy have pretty much nothing in them so we need to place washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, and dishwashers in each. 

I have a 3 story house with 9 beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 washers, 3 dryers, 6 televisions, 1 jacuzzi, 1 kegorator and 1 ghost.
