When I get some rentals on the same property then I will hire a towel/linen service which washes everything at the lodging standard temperature.

We are in same boat - 6000 sq ft warehouse/flex unit sitting vacant for months.

A 3400 square foot warehouse full of stuff to be exact. 

However, it’s hot here and so is the temperature, haha.
