After seeing all the feral cats and kittens in the area and my heart breaking worrying about them I also rescued, tamed and adopted out (to loving families) 7 kittens from 2 litters and trapped, spay/neutered and vaccinated 3 adult cats in the process.

I also wish that petscreening.com actually made required fields required.. so if you say "proof of vaccines is required" a pet owner would not be able to complete the profile without providing that element.

maybe last march we called it uncertain.but now it seems to me there is a clear direction  IE proven vaccines that should be out in 6 months or so.Seems to me the niche of buying rental properties is as strong as ever ( for residential purposes)  big MF purchases have slowed.

Geez...I'm fine with a 50 lb, well-behaved/trained/vaccinated pooch with Renter's/Pet Insurance in place and a separate pet deposit and agreement.

So don't know if you have a feeding schedule for hay or whatever but different events will happen throughout the year, gathering whatever cows you are going to take to market, vaccinations, or if you are rounding up for in vitro, etc..
