Hello BP,I'm curious if I should continue to use a CRM or should I use a virtual assistant (VA) as well, I am currently using a 3 touch campaign with a CRM (Post Cards, Ringless VM & Email etc..) however, I've just discovered there are VAs out there that can do most of my wholesaling task (cold calling, comps, list building, negotiation etc..).

For my business, we are at: SMS - price per contract is around $3,000Cold Calling with VAs - price per contract is around $4,000

I simply hire VAs to do it for a small fee.

As with most VAs, especially Fillipinos, she will work best with well-defined systems and clear instruction… we use Loom videos for training and Monday.com along with Google Calendar to keep track of activities and recurring tasks.

Sure but you can be 100% certain that with the lists being sold by every guru out there and the use of AI and VAs, you are now in the middle of a crowd.
