I show the named owner has several judgments against them.One judgment is for $900 to an HOA.Then there are two more judgments from Fifth Third Mortgage:-One equals the upset amount on the Sheriff's sale. 

At closing He decided to make it 1%, still with lots of thanks for my work.Yeah, he must have been upset with me....2 months later he came to me to buy a condo for his brother. 

It's upsetting to read the false promises of privacy, liability protection, etc. 

Simplify your business.Tenants do tend to get upset when you tell them what they don't want to hear.

For example, I see an approx upset amount, an address, and both owner and legal info, but the question is - where do you begin making an offer?

Obviously, every investor would be upset and pissed off but would it eat at you even more being that you used to live there and maybe even did a project or two in the house yourself? 

Along with this, there are a lot that will try to use the fact that they paid in advance as a bargaining chip, trying to get you to overlook things they are doing, that might be upsetting the neighbors or causing other tenants to consider leaving rather than renewing their lease. 

It is really upsetting that this continues to happen!
