I am an investor in the Indiana area, but what I want to bring to your attention are the Podcasts/YouTube Videos/Seminars/etc.. that target unsuspecting beginners with the promise that they'll reveal the secrets of their method, give you the same method, and watch you grow.

Then they pass you on to a property manager that nickel and dimes you before you have enough of it and sell out at a huge loss 2 years later.They fix, tenant and re-sell it again to another unsuspecting out of state or country investor.It's called the revolving door scheme.Please be VERY CAREFULI wish you much success

I find that its just another sales gimmick specifically intended to lure in the unsuspecting out-of-State buyer who falls in love with prices like they've never seen before and who don't actually comp out the property.

I've attached a copy in PDF format.I have serious reservations about GO zone investing because I think it will be widely abused and that scores of unsuspecting investors are getting sucked into something that will not turn out well.That being said, I also believe that the right buyer with the right intentions in the right house in the right location can reap real benefit from investing in "the Zone".For others, there are some good alternatives in this part of the Zone, some of which I've outlined in the White Paper.
