Kiss your assets good-bye.One of the biggest errors made is the unintentional labeling of a agency event as a principal event when in truth you were not intending to be a true principal, You just used that label and you didn't really act as one, especially if you have a long record of removing yourself from the deal for a "fee" and your contract attempts to remove your legal liability as a principle.

But on my own endeavor, stocks at 18 and real estate at 24 (unintentional brrr) and pure rental at 32... my specialty has always been white collar type investments, so pure rentals aren't my forte...but who can complain when you make out like a bandit in the stock market.
