Not a great time to be a seller right now unfortunately.

I am not the one making the payments, but it's still on my credit report.My limited income, combined with being a co-signer on the loan, results in a less-than-ideal DTI ratio.Under these circumstances, what type of loan or lender should I focus on?

I don't know of anyone local that will do this, unfortunately.

Unfortunately no one is going to guarantee that they'll make you a loan; there are too many things that can pop up outside of the lender's control.

Unfortunately there isn't a steadfast rule.Regarding appraisals, I have seen it across a few different ways:1.

We were actually not pursuing real estate when we lived in the area and therefore do not have any agents in mind unfortunately.

Knowing the seller's circumstances is very important as well.I also like to keep in mind my goal for investing in the property.

What Ray predicted seemed to make sense, but unfortunately there were other  factors that  interrupted his predicted scenario.
