Bad faith in uncovered damages?

People connect better with people they can see.Work the buyers and ask the right questions to uncover the hidden sellers. 

You may be surprised to uncover options you may never have known existed.

Ideally, you should consider creating an outdoor private space just for the ADU, even if it’s a small uncovered area.

If you call me and reference a deal that is already completed, and likely sold, I will assume you are like all the rest of the wholesalers that are buying lists with my number on it for deals I sold several months ago.If you want to stand apart from the fray, spend your time uncovering great deals, get them tied up, and send them out.

One of the things I've done is move out of a $150K condo with tennis courts, a pool, and a fat HOA fee to a duplex I bought for $45K in a not-so-nice neighborhood.

Its the nicest house in a neighborhood where some houses are ok, but others are not so nice.

When I initially walked the property I noticed that there were 4 designated covered parking spots for tenants in my property and 4 additional uncovered parking spaces.
