Can anybody recommend a reliable, trustworthy contractor based in or near the Aberdeen area?

This is going to be a huge lifestyle change so I want to build trustworthy relationships and hit the ground running when I arrive.Take care!

Out if state and foreign investors may be the new norm in primary MSAs  at least for awhile since bond yields are low (for out of state/institutional investors) and the since US markets are so much better regulated and trustworthy (Foreign investors) The former may taper off, but the latter won't change for awhile.

If you find a trustworthy contractor it might be worth it to give lock box access to them so they can go in when they are scheduled too. 

Maybe someone here can recommend a trustworthy PM for you.

In my opinion having a trustworthy contractor and being able to find good deals are a couple of the big humps to get over when starting out. 

Otherwise it is going to be a tenant pays down loan and appreciation play.To get the true cash flow plays in good areas with trustworthy and reliable providers it can be a good deal more challenging than it was even 18 months ago, but they are still out there. 

Find a local, trustworthy contractor to do that for you.
