Anyone in Beaumont, Groves, Port Arthur, Nederland, Port Neches, Orange,Tx or near the golden triangle want to meet in Mid-County today or tomorrow at Sertinos?  

I always tell my clients that are unfamiliar with this area that Cary is like the Beverly Hills of the Triangle.

I have networked with quite a bit of investors in the triangle area, and a couple in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area as well.        

Brandywine area is nice, I grew up of Naamans Road as well.Going into the city down Concord Ave, it's nice in the area around Baynard Blvd (the triangle between Concord, Baynard, and Broom is a nice little neighborhood) but rapidly drops off and by the time you cross Washington it's not a great area.

The greater Raleigh area (Triangle area) is a great market right now especially with the demographic you've mentioned.  

We looked at Charlottesville, Roanoke, Asheville, Research Triangle but we have an open mind as to where to start location wise.
