Often, brokers of large multifamily properties put out lists of their recent transactions.

Typically interest only, construction bridge loans are great for that kind of transaction. 

I’d prefer to buy as large of a MF property as possible because of economies of scale and having to complete less transactions, but I haven’t closed or underwritten a deal that large before.

Appreciate if anyone can provide a rundown of costs to expect with this type of transaction?

How can you possibly believe this based on your own experiences thus far in the transaction and what others, particularly what Drew who has experience in this market has told you?  

Hey Laura,Not sure if you are still looking to partner with a trusted title company in Central PA but we have used Capstone Land Transfer for 100+ transactions and loved the experience.  

The general rule of thumb on refinances is to do it if you can make back the transaction costs within 2 years.

And my recent transactions in IOWA thats a whole nother enchilada with their title abstracts literally compiled and handed to the buyers for safe keeping..

I don't know Marco, but for his sake I hope he comes out above water on this simply because of the amount of investors that are getting royally ****ed.But just cause see someone on business transactions doesn't mean all is good in the hood.

Many mortgage shops do NOT allow their loan officers to also be RE agents on the same transaction to much of a conflict of interest.
