GO LOOK at HOUSEs, Analyze deals and somewhere along the line, you will find one.My group - Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors is a great place to start - next meeting is the annual vendor trade show on July 9th, but there are several other learning events before that. 

That being said offering it without verification, they could just be looking for a handout and will undoubtedly request It again when you sell or their lease is up you have to get people in to see their unit.

He never saw a union handout , Blackdoor deal ,or tax hike he didn’t like so I’m skeptical.

I'm pretty confident that I'd be asked for loans and flat out hand-outs pretty quickly if they did know. 

Maybe they have a handout they can give you.What State are you in or what state do you intend to buy Tax Liens?

There's also a huge trade show in Vegas in September SSA EXPO and there is one in April'ish for the ISS Expo.

I am a great listener and implementer, not looking for a handout in anyway, I want to work smarter not harder.

I have a two page reference list I hand out to tenants routing them to side gigs as a way to supplement their income (at least temporarily).

thanks guys for all the advice i understand that what i asked for was a handout and honestly that was not what i wanted to do but i will continue to work towards my "dream" becoming more of a reality. i will continue my education in this thanks again.
