That window well should have a drain in it going to the exterior drain tile , which then goes to the sump pump .

Drain tile (which is basically a black pipe with holes in it) should be installed around the outside of the foundation and go in under the basement floor to the sump.

By "partial" I mean renovating the kitchen and bathroom, painting the place, re-tiling the floor and maybe adding some smaller features that can make a difference to prospective buyers, such as new A/C units, new internal doors, or maybe even sell the place furnished (home staging is not really an option here); with no or minimal demolition, and hopefully without electricity or plumbing issues.

But I would recommend luxury vinyl plank (SPC - stone composite) with a high wear layer, or wood look ceramic tile.

Im a new wholesaler and ive got my eye on a sfr thats listed for 265k free and clear owner, the whole inside is gutted so all it needs is appliances tiling/carpet, countertops etc... outside is mint and updated already.

Don't just learn about Real Estate, also learn about construction - go to Home Depot every Saturday and take their tiling and painting classes (for free), volunteer on a Habitat for Humanity jobsite to do cleanup and just pay attention and ask questions.

@Rodeline Paul not as hard as you may think, but does take time to research a market.You can use Zillow info to map out cities or neighborhoods in a large city, and then look at the sales and rent data.Geographic patterns will emerge in the data:)
