You'll have to have a thick skin to own low end rentals, and who doesn't like getting lawsuit threats from your tenants or letters/ phone calls from slip & fall lawyers?

As I first began reading about it, there was a thick haze and a lot of questions, but as I've continued to read and after listening to a few BP podcasts about wholesaling, much of that haze is starting to dissipate.

for now i just have the mother's mother's honesty and being there for her grandkids through thick and thin, to go by. bless her soul and she did indicate she would be returning to the midwest in coming weeks once the hearing stuff is settled. i do believe her that the fridge isn't working but it is fishy as to how it suddenly became that way then again they just don't make things like they used to and same could be said for decency and common courtesy in this farcical tenancy dilemma.

Also, with the difference in thickness between panel and drywall, trim, baseboard cuts, heating/cooling vents, etc. may need to be readjusted or replaced as well.

We have an old Victorian duplex with a rubble foundation and a rather odd sill configuration (2 4x6 sill plates (the rubble wall is 14" thick).
