This will be the tough part because he is manipulative and bossy and thinks he has a bunch of valid complaints (which he doesnt), hence why I want a lawyer to review everything so that I have some ammo to get him out sooner.

If the materials are a problem the owner of the home can get a temp line with the materials vendor then the contractor is just putting their labor and profits out there until the closing.What makes this work is that the buyer is fully approved with all loan conditions signed off except the replacement of the siding.

Margin space at the top and bottom, sides, font size = pages to be filed with many standard documents = $$$$$$$ Filing feesWhile it does standardize documents, many attorneys may have charges per page = $$$$$Need a copy of filed documents from the Recorder= $$$$$Fees to be charged are often regulated by statute at the state level and is in some places seen as a taxing issue, so they can manipulate an increase by requiring the number of pages to present a deed or assignment for example.

They really don't want landlords to know the numbers for the fair market rent and utility allowances, because the landlords will manipulate the asking rent to take as big a "net" rent as they can - counter to the Housing Authority wanting to restrain amounts paid out.So, you can have the tenant applicant bring all of the information from the Housing Authority if you really want to learn what the amounts are.
