One the one house they did provide the funding letter it read, "cash purchase, no appraisal necessary, up to $300,000" on day of close (did a 15 day close because it was a cash deal) lender came back and said, where's the appraisal?

Only enroll in coaching if you've read a handful of multifamily investing books that has given you a baseline.
