Everyone has different talents that let them be succesfful.FYI I buy all my houses off the mls using a real estate agent. so truly don't do something you don't want to do.

Which talent would you rather have: estimating comps or estimating repair costs?

I have a friend who has the skills and talent to have his own business but he refuses to make the sacrifices and make the leap, instead I have to hear him complain about how he's making his boss thousands of dollars while his boss is away on vacation.

I suggest you see your attorney and get that straightened out.I've been point stuff out here for a few years now and sometimes what comes back from investors is that they had their deal approved or blessed by their attorney, so I'll head that off if that's the case, if some attorney approved that, find another attorney.I'd say you're a creative guy, a real salesman, talented in the art of negotiation perhaps, but you should not be writing notes, it's not the wild west and things surface in time, so be careful out there. :)

Very talented work .....but judging from the angle of that stair railing that is one very steep staircase !!!

There is no questions that the top talent on this site have incredible experience and knowledge I know I learn a lot of things I never knew before reading some of the posts.
