I want to be able to boil this list down so that I can put it on a calendar and tackle it bit by bit, over a months time, until I get it completed. 

Its something I've dealt with the entire 41 years of my life and honestly, just in the last couple of years I've begun to tackle the anxiety and procrastination that comes along with it.  

I also looked at multimillion dollar apartments, thinking I've read/researched enough to tackle them.

Don't be afraid to tackle on class D properties as your first, and then work your way up to the class A, so far it has work for me.
