More price reductions but still plenty of sellers too stubborn to adjust accordingly.

Although I would stubbornly never admit it to anyone that personally knows me due to my own Pennsylvania biases,  it is a fantastic city to live if you are younger.

You can be stubborn, or you can  be successful.

I am doing it to help people on BP because most of these people are SO DANG stubborn they NEED to see proof for them to be motivated enough to just let go and stop what they are doing and start over.. the right way!

I don't believe you should use lists.But I understand many of you are stubborn, so I shall humor you.That said, I believe that if you are going to send mailers or are going to contact people on your list, you should do it just once, honestly.Why?

Ok, my realtor called the listing agent and he said these people are stubborn, don't have to move, and recently turned down a $115k cash offer :(

So as you can see, stubbornness plays a huge role.
