What I do see is that a strong screening process improves your chances of getting a responsible resident. 

That being said, rental rates are remaining fairly strong, and with such an equitable position in your property, your cash flow should remain a positive net to you. 

Richmond is a growing market with strong tenant demand from young professionals, families, and college students, depending on the neighborhood.

Only the first can be corrected, but us making a mistake and getting anything less than 5 star review is stricly unacceptable in my eyes and my team also has a strong sense of ownership in their position and loyalty to my company.
