When you have a tenant get behind on rent and retaliate by calling hud or the health department to say they have no working toilet, smoker detectors and there is a bed bug infestation you will be glad you did that check 30 days ago that said all was well!

Hi Matyas,If it were me I'd not sign that contract, and find another place to live.Have you thought about apartment communities, many are nice places (if you find one that's a fit for you and your family).Many offer pools, mini-gym's, pet friendly, BBQ grills, trash service, etc..
