Team member agents get to eat at my table, and with that gain the knowledge and experience via osmosis and training sessions, gaining their own expertise in time, and for myself I gain time leverage power, the ability to service more clients than I could alone as a factor of 1.  

Lastly but arguably the most important part, a question I hear time to time which is both gratefulness for my time invested to freely give here to others, but also confusion and a bit of shock as to why a person of my standing would be here, doing this, vs selling out conference rooms and charging $495 per person for a 3 day session as I did for years.

I am a pro member and I have enrolled for the rookie boot camp but I am failing to navigate the platform to see the bootcamp recordings and when the next session is going to be.

Do more reading, podcasts, deal analysis, and go to training sessions.

I am also looking forward to my first Mastermind session.  

Thank goodness I didn't sign the kid who needed me to send him a link to the bus schedule, because he couldn't figure it out himself and didn't realize that campus buses had a different schedule when classes were in session.
