It is a two family house, brick like many in the neighborhood built initially for the vets coming home from the war in the 50's.I report it to 311 NYC and make phone and online complaints every year when the grass blocks the sidewalk and department of sanitation says they put summons on the house but nothing else can be done.

The problem I see with list brokers is that you pay for info that has been re-sold to many other investors and you have to pay for each lead, some of them bad ones.If you get lists from a title company, you can sanitize the list easier and they are free.
