I am interesting in knowing what are some safeguards if any investor has when using a master lease as a financing option.

My situation is time sensitive so I am ok with not getting a home run deal.

In this model, the custodian holds the funds and executes transactions on behalf of the IRA at your direction.With more interactive or time-sensitive investments, having that 3rd party custodian as the processing layer can become inefficient in terms of paperwork, delays and per-transaction fees. 

How to decide on which lender you should send your private sensitive (tax, income) information to? 

I'm hyper-sensitive to ensuring that all structures/operations are legal, particularly for tax purposes. 

What is the proper way if any to safeguard yourself from such lawsuits?

The product is heat sensitive and hot air accumulates .

Speak with your agent right away as contracts are time sensitive.   

@Wayne Brooks  this is one of the better open mouth insert foot posts i have seen in a while.for some reason @Mindy Jensen  the mods are allowing many of the multi guys to make these posts that are really just trolling for investor buyers.. but maybe its just me.. you know how sensitive i can be..

And  I  even thought I had it safe guarded from all my cpvc from fracturing in a million splinters  from end to end by leaving the furthest water valves on the supply lines open.
