I am reinventing myself and hoping for great success this time around!

The good thing about losing my low rent apartment in the upper manhattan section of NYC was being determined to buy a property and get started on RE inventing.

Learn from the best, don't try to reinvent the wheel.

My thought is you're all ready on the best site to bring those aspects in the public domain.I'd also think that unless you have experience and can demonstrate your abilities in a favorable and marketable manner, your web site can end up being more of a liability than an asset.I thought Facebook was for personal connections and some commercial aspects, if you want to make a splash in RE I suggest you not reinvent the wheel and utilize BP. :)

I may be able to find a way to partner up with them to avoid having to reinvent the wheel in that aspect and focus more on providing more personal-contact service - going out and getting photos of the place, providing print marketing help, finding the not-so-tech-savvy landlords, etc@Chris K. is K.  

Why re-invent the wheel?

If they originally wanted to put down $30,000 then maybe they would be ok with this. or if you out bid them on a home the fell in love with maybe the would buy you out your contract.But other than that is why the wheel is not reinvented.

If I don't have to reinvent the wheel that would be great.
