My thought is you're all ready on the best site to bring those aspects in the public domain.I'd also think that unless you have experience and can demonstrate your abilities in a favorable and marketable manner, your web site can end up being more of a liability than an asset.I thought Facebook was for personal connections and some commercial aspects, if you want to make a splash in RE I suggest you not reinvent the wheel and utilize BP. :)

I may be able to find a way to partner up with them to avoid having to reinvent the wheel in that aspect and focus more on providing more personal-contact service - going out and getting photos of the place, providing print marketing help, finding the not-so-tech-savvy landlords, etc@Chris K. is K.

If they originally wanted to put down $30,000 then maybe they would be ok with this. or if you out bid them on a home the fell in love with maybe the would buy you out your contract.But other than that is why the wheel is not reinvented.
