The police can't effectively enforce any drug laws because the county District Attorney doesn't want to prosecute anyone.

Most state laws are 4 years difference or they won’t prosecute.

In my day job, I prosecute a lot of sex crimes, including sex crimes against children (it's a very uplifting job and not at all the reason I drink so heavily). 

Lots of real estate commissions seem to be cracking down on unlicensed activity like here in Colorado several unlicensed wholesalers have even prosecuted recently and so have agents who accepted large wholesaling fees in violation of their fiduciary duties as agents.

The bastard relented only after I threatened him with federal prosecution on charges of committing mail and wire fraud.

Add another sign underneath saying due to problems trespassers are now being arrested and prosecuted. 

I do not believe they have ever prosecuted anyone for doing it. 

Tell him you want the work performed by X date or your money back, and that it won't cost you a penny to prosecute because you have multiple lawyers in your family.

Then again looking at the agreement "which I inherited" It does appear that  there is a statement that goes as follows:(Should the Lessor or Lessee, at any time during the term of this lease, give notice in writing to the other of intention to terminate, immediately upon such notice the said lessor shall have right to enter the premise, whether or not the Lessee, or any of the household be present, without liability of any prosecution, claim or cause of action for damages, for the purpose of exhibiting the premise to prospective Lessees and in order to put up a "for rent" or "for sale" notice. ) Now this doesn't say anything about pictures.
