Exclusive only Realtor!

Hi all Investors and Realtors!

I met a realtor today who only works with investors that said that he would only work with me if I exclusively work with him, no other realtors!

Is this normal, my thoughts are, if he’s working with other investors, then why can’t I work with other realtors?

Am I a clueless Newbie, is this how it’s done!?

Please lmk your thoughts!?

Good realtors value their time. For that matter so do a lot of bad realtors. Why would any professional work with someone to only in the end not get paid. Do a bunch of work for someone else to get paid? Nope.  I only work with people when Im guaranteed to get paid for that work Im doing.
