Hey @Thanh Lu, so if you only have a couple of units, then self management isn't that hard.The key to doing it right is setting it up properly and keeping up on maintenance.I can count the number of late night calls from guests on one hand.

Some operators really need better training and education and drag down the great operators who are doing it right and offer a great service and product.

Without taking a proper tour of the cabin and only driving by and seeing pictures of the inside.

Obviously they are putting more pressure on out of state investors that invest within Cleveland proper, but spreading liability to the property manager is a new twist.
