Maybe they don't have a business profile created or claimed on google for google reviews to be associated with them. 

I managed the property profile by optimizing for enhanced visibility. 

If I ever get a bad review on our business profile, I need to consult with you to know how to answer. :-)

Best I've seen for a hard money loan is 10% down of the purchase price with 100% of the rehab covered depending on the borrower profile. 

We’re finding a lot of good quality low profile LED lights at Home Depot that are really spiffing up our units as opposed to can lighting for ease of installation.
