Nice visit to Missouri and the town of Herman, they are starting to really grow and produce some good juice!  

open houses are going to be very important to listing agents is my prediction.. no longer the bane of the top producing agents work week and sloughed off to beginner agents.

I used to attend all their webinars to learn about it and then opened my account once I changed employers, moved half my 401k and have purchased income producing real estate,  invested in a business, bought some land, and also now holding notes.  

Two of the Coaches, (A Husband and Wife team) own many Income producing properties.

Over the long term, RE has produced great returns.  

Hi, I am fairly sure one of my properties will not produce enough rent to cover the PITI.

You can also save a lot of time by spending money on products produced by others.

It took some calming him down and producing the disclosures he signed and convincing him not to contact his lender, to cool the issue.

I am fairly certain the top producer will not work this way..

Probably doable if it were a commercial income producing property instead of residential ……
