I have always been fearful of failing in real estate, so I found reasons to drag my feet.

I wasn't really familiar with REIAs and wasn't aware of the prevalence of FB groups until now.

More often than not, when people really start digging in to the data, it becomes a rabbit hole and creates fear- you start looking for some random piece of data that will confirm that there is no risk, which of course, does not exist. 

Everything may be okay or they may be exactly as you fear.

Don't let fear hold you back from achieving your multifamily investing goals.

Don't be afraid to take this step because of your fear.

Problem solving.To be fair, most brokers would shy away from the subject to offer because of fear of liability.   

I have ideas of how to meet my goals and step my foot through the door of RE Investing but with my lack of experience I would be very grateful if there is anyone in my area (Lake Wylie, SC/ Charlotte, NC) with more experience and willing to sit down for 10-30 minutes with me and help me get over the fear factor of taking that first step, and help me feel comfortable to be able to take action and start the journey.
