Hey guys, Craig here. Really excited to start the next chapter in my life. Looking forward to getting to know some of you, and learning as much as I can to accomplish the goals my wife and I have set for our family. I have always been intrigued by real estate.  

Not completely new to being a landlord. I rent out a little mother-in-law apartment in my house, as well as a couple RV pads on my property. After reading The Book On Rental Property Investing. I have come to realize, I have been doing it more as a hobby, not a business. I hope to learn and grow and eventually be able to do this full time. 

Thank you for the amazing book and podcast. I have always been fearful of failing in real estate, so I found reasons to drag my feet. After listening to your book on audible (3 times) and starting your podcast (all they way from episode 1) has helped me realize, that the fear of falling should not stop you from aiming for the moon.
