Unfortunately for him, his Manhattan rent went up more than $2k more per month... making his net a NEGATIVE $1k cash flow even though he is positive cash flowing in CT.Contrasting my 2004 property, I received about $2 million in appreciation and cash flow over $5k per month more than the zero cash flow I started out with.These are real scenarios that has happened.

The only time you can sell a house and not have the government take a share is with the sale pf a primary residence I sell the house then leaveage the money to get investment properties Id purchase a new primary residence with a 50 % down and have a line of credit not a mortgage so as not to tie up all my funds..........but that is just my opinion
