No one wants a zero percent return, but I dare say most people could live with not losing their money.The stock market can swallow up capital that is never to be returned.

After being a member for almost a year I finally dare to write my first post.

All of this compounded by having AirBnB send me a nastygram threat of having an entire week of my listing's availability blocked off because I dared to cancel a guest's weekend booking out of legitimate concern they were coming up to party and there was no canned "reason" that met AirBnB's standard for cancelling a guest booking, even though they go out of their way to tell Superhosts they can cancel without penalty when turning on Instant Book. 

"Any fee paid is NOT a fee for real estate services provided"I dare you to go to the MA REA and tell them that.You are arranging the sale of real estate in the expectation of a fee for your activity. 

You may want to consider adjusting your expected rate of return, the location youre targeting or, dare I say it wait.

I dare you. 

If the education system was such an essential, then why has it been, dare I say, OPTIONAL in a sense, the last 5 months?

The worst part is I've been preyed on by poor investors who don't know how to craft a fair deal, so I've gained a large amount of respect and understanding for the distressed seller. ( I dare you to post a "while I'm still down" story) People want to know why no one speaks up when they are in the gutter...its because no one really wants to hear about it until they know you are safe on the otherside.

@Brian Briscoe I am surprised a Marine dared to even put his 2 cents in lol So I read it wrong it was for the defaulted loan, but just one down on to the next one.
