This also helps with durability as if there are any spacing issues, it will be more likely to chip/peel as your tenants wear and move over the floor.

People who really don't know squat about how respirators work are coming up with 3D printing designs, sewing masks out of furnace filter paper, trying to find substitutes for the 3M N95 models 1860 (medical) and 8210 (general use) disposable paper masks.

Not trying to be any kind of way about this or go back and forth, it's just like with COVID19, one leading expert says you don't need to wear a mask if you're not sick... turn the channel and another leading expert says everybody wears a mask!

I have had several 90 year old tubs reglazed.....looks great at first but is not very durable, even the guys who are the pros can only do so good, DO NOT use the hardware store over the counter refinish kits, they are garbage...the pro job will last 5+ years but they will eventually chip or peel(some sooner than others) and/or if your tenant uses the wrong cleaners(abrasives like AJAX) it will speed up that failure.
