I'd wager none (assuming they actually read the whole thing).

What do you think happens when rates go down a percent or two, I'd wager every it'd go up $5-10k per $100k for every percent drop. 

Care to wager a prediction on where the whole GR market will be a year from now?

I'd wager you'd lose more on re-financing within a year than you'd save for  the next 2-3.

Although you could do what is called a Tenant-In-Common (TIC) arrangement where an investor has 1031 exchange funds and wants to parlay that money into a syndication.

I've operated for decades and never once went to court, and I would wager the same is true for the overwhelming majority of BP'ers.  

These are the same buyers that shoot 100 low-ball offers, get home accepted, fire their agent and complain the 2% rule doesn't work Sure they exist, I'd wager the amount of fake investor friendly agents versus low-ball buyers are similar depending on market.

I'd wager you are at $1000 in a blink of an eye.  

That being said, I wouldn't wager 25 cents that will actually happen.
