As stated above, there is a lot of gray area, it seems to overlap a lot of the same issues with real estate transactions.As I understand it in Ohio:Buying or selling a note for yourself is ok.Buying or selling a note contract for yourself is most likely ok.Brokering a note you don't own, most likely problematic.Clear as mud.

The property surface is flat and ready for construction, it also provides visibility and convenient access from the main North/South & East/West travel routs (they overlap in this area) The area has seen new construction in all of the areas you have listed, as well as 350+ apartment units, 300+ mobile homes, hundreds of spaces in countless RV "Parks", restaurant & retail so feel free to chime in on any and all topics that may apply.

@James Wise - it did originate in PA by college students, hence the overlap in college theme and rate a landlord theme.

There may be a little overlap, but not much.

And make sure each timer operates without overlap with any other timer so that you get maximum water pressure.

Looks like our market area overlap a bit.
