If they are a one man outfit, they may appear to be cheaper, but will likely not finish on time or at all.

I eliminated the big outfits like Bordner, that's not my cuppa, and it's amazing how just listening to them talk reveals their personality. 

Had some nice ones but the biggest problem is board members usually don't know what they are doing and get intimidated by threats of lawsuits from the boards attorneys-so you will need a large engineering outfit to assess the situation and several very large contractors, architects, project manager to oversee the contractors and of course the attorneys will need to oversee everything and will dragout the contracts and negotiations and of course the board can't negotiate financing and before you now it a 1 million dollar project costs 10.

I was hoping to find maybe a few small outfits that hopefully I could get some decent pricing on but still get decent quality work.We are trying to find someone to partner with as we expand in Indiana County so have really trying to sell the fact that there may be additional work down the road as long as the numbers look reasonable.

Obviously I would have to furnish the units and outfit it and deal with the constant turnover. 

I’d highly suggest that members not burden this outfit with more work - they’re apparently far too busy.On the positive side, I’d recommend U.S.

No personal experience with these outfits, but there are two that were recommended to me. 

What I learned in 15 years of working out (fitness, boxing and nutrition) , a personal trainer could’ve taught me it in less than a year.
